Contents:

A sample of family involvement in their children's learning, assessment, and performance improvement (Student level and educational needs assessment form - Monitoring progress and methods used form)
School communication with the family to provide them with information and data about their children's learning and how to support them (Parent notification of child's level - Individual learning plan)
